Get website inquiries to the people who answer them
A good inquiry gives your team enough information to start a useful conversation. Wirechunk helps you collect that information from human visitors and AI agents, then deliver it to the inbox or business tool you use for follow-up.
You control the form, the required details, and where submissions go. A customer can contact you from your website or ask an agent to send an inquiry from their AI app.
Ask questions that help your team respond
Create forms for the different reasons people contact you. An estimate request might need a service, location, and description of the work. An introductory call might need a business type and the subject the customer wants to discuss.
Use text fields, email and phone fields, choices, numbers, dates, and other supported field types to make the request clear. Add instructions, identify required information, and give the sender a useful confirmation. The confirmation can explain how you will respond and what information you may ask for next.
You can also translate form labels, instructions, validation messages, and confirmations as part of a multilingual website. The questions remain connected to the same underlying fields, which helps keep delivery consistent across languages.
The same inquiry process for AI agents
Wirechunk makes published forms available through MCP and WebMCP. An agent can see what the form asks for, collect the details from the customer, and submit the inquiry. It receives confirmation when the submission is accepted.
You receive the form entry in Wirechunk and can route it through the same configured destinations used for website visitors. Your team can continue the conversation with the customer using its usual process.
Available delivery options
Email notifications
Send a notification to a designated email address when a form receives an inquiry. Configure the recipient and subject so the message reaches the right person with enough context to recognize the request.
CRM and lead-management connections
Wirechunk includes connections for AgencyZoom, Agency MVP, HighLevel, and Ricochet360. Map the fields on your form to the fields supported by the destination, such as a name, email address, phone number, or notes.
Choose a connection based on where your team works. The available field mappings differ between providers, so check the setup instructions for the information you want to send. Some destinations require a phone number or a particular form of name.
Webhooks
Use a webhook to deliver all submitted fields to an endpoint you control. This gives a developer or automation service a way to receive the inquiry and pass it into your own workflow.
A webhook is useful when the destination is not one of Wirechunk’s named connections. The receiving system decides what happens after delivery, such as creating a record or notifying another team.
Know whether an inquiry was delivered
A form entry and its delivery to an external service are separate steps. Wirechunk records the inquiry and tracks delivery attempts. If a destination fails, you can inspect its status and retry a failed or uncertain delivery without resending destinations already marked as delivered.
Spam controls help keep obvious junk out of the delivery process. You can review a submission’s spam status and release notifications and integrations for an entry that was incorrectly marked as spam.
Connect your analytics
Add Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use your website. These connections support your measurement setup; your form integrations handle delivery to the tools used for responding to inquiries.
Build the form around your work
Start with the questions your team already asks in the first reply to a new customer. Bring the useful ones into the form, keep the request manageable, and make the next step clear. Wirechunk gives you the tools to improve that process as you learn what information makes a difference.
