Include your name, email address, and a description of the question. A phone number is optional. If the question concerns a website, include its address so we can understand the context.

For a problem in the app, describe the action you were taking, what you expected, and what happened instead. The exact error message is useful. Keep passwords, payment details, and access tokens out of the message.
