Pages and blog posts

Pages hold the main website content, such as services, company information, and contact details. Posts hold dated articles and updates. For each page or post, you can set its title, language, path, body, and metadata.

Create or edit a page

Open Pages in the site workspace. Create a page or select an existing one, then set its title, path, and language. Add the sections and content it needs, including text, images, and references to forms.

Give each page a distinct full URL. The base language can use the home path /; additional languages use their configured prefixes. Check existing paths before renaming a page, especially when links to it have already been shared.

Saving the page creates a draft version. Add it to navigation if visitors should reach it from the header or footer, then preview the result.

Publish a blog post

Open Posts and create a post. Write its title and content, set its path and publication date, and add a summary and image when useful. You can select authors from the site’s author information and organize posts using the available collections.

A post list on a page displays matching published posts. Review the list’s configuration as well as the individual article so readers have a way to find it from the site.

An article’s publication date is metadata. Saving a post does not make it live or create a scheduled publishing job. Publish the site’s draft to release the changes.

Metadata and translations

Review the page title, description, and share image used outside the visible body. Keep them specific to the page. SEO and structured data explains the generated markup.

Translated pages and posts share a translation group while keeping their own text and paths. Use languages and translations to manage related versions.

Archive content

Archiving removes a record from the active draft. Update navigation, links, or other records that depend on it before publishing. An archived draft record can still exist in the current public release until you publish the change.

Review Unpublished changes and Preview, then publish when the page or post is ready.
