Wirechunk 2.0 introduces websites optimized for AI agents, a rebuilt app, and a built-in agent that can create and update an entire site.
People click through to websites less often as they ask AI assistants to research businesses, compare options, and get in touch. Those customers may never open your site. You still need to provide useful answers and a way for inquiries to reach your team.
Today we’re introducing Wirechunk 2.0, a platform for creating and hosting business websites optimized for AI agents.
AI changes how customers reach information about your business. Your website is where you publish the authoritative version on a domain you control: what you offer, where you operate, what customers should expect, and how to get in touch. People can read it directly or ask an agent to use it. Search results, directories, and AI apps may present those details differently, but they don’t replace that source.
We’ve rebuilt Wirechunk on an entirely new foundation. We changed how websites are rendered and served so AI agents can better understand and act on the information you publish. That gives your business a better chance to be cited, recommended, and contacted, even when the customer never visits your site.
Agent-ready by default
Every Wirechunk site has semantic HTML, Markdown versions of its pages, Schema.org structured data, llms.txt, an XML sitemap, canonical URLs, page metadata, and language markup. It also exposes tools through WebMCP for agents working in a browser and the same tools through an MCP server for AI apps. Those tools let agents search the published pages and use the same forms as human visitors.
An agent can use a form to collect the required details and submit an inquiry for a customer. Wirechunk records the entry and can deliver it by email, to a supported CRM, or through a webhook.

The new Wirechunk app is easier to use, with conversation, direct editing, previews, and publishing in one place. Its built-in AI agent can make changes across the whole site—from pages and posts to forms, navigation, images, and settings. It can also help configure form integrations and set up a custom domain.
For a new site, tell the AI what your business offers, whom you serve, and how customers should contact you. It asks follow-up questions and prepares a website draft. Review the pages and forms, request changes, or edit them directly. You can connect your own AI agent to work on the site, too. The Wirechunk app at app.wirechunk.com makes every action available through WebMCP and MCP.
If you already have a website, give the AI its address. It can use your existing site as a starting point while you decide what to keep and change. Wirechunk’s built-in AI is the easiest way to migrate your site.
Wirechunk uses readable type, clear navigation, and layouts that prioritize the details customers came to find. You can add your domain, images, and branding.
After launch, the site can change as your business does. Add a service, revise a policy, update a form, or publish a post. Changes stay in a draft until you review and publish them. Wirechunk hosts the live website, including the agent tools.
